1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Spoory accepts returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
1.1 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
You are eligible for a return or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product delivered is defective
- You received a wrong item
- The product is missing essential parts
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
1.2 Packaging Condition
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The original packaging must be intact
- All components (brush, microfiber cloths, bottle, etc.) must be returned
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Used cleaning brushes
- Used microfiber cloths
- Opened or used cleaning solutions / foams / chemicals
- Any product showing signs of use, wear, or tampering
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
- Electronics or other items damaged due to customer mishandling
However, if such items arrive damaged, defective, or wrong, they are eligible for replacement.
3. Return Window
You must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:
- The item cannot be replaced
- The item is out of stock
- An order is cancelled before dispatch
- A damaged/wrong item claim is approved
Once approved, your refund will be processed to:
- Your original payment method
- Or store credit (in some cases)

- 7–10 working days after approval
Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements for eligible cases such as:

- Wrong product delivered
Replacements are shipped free of cost after verification.
6. Order Cancellation

- Customers can cancel orders before dispatch and receive a full refund.
After Shipping
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

8. Return Pickup & Shipping
- Spoory will arrange a reverse pickup wherever possible.
- In rare cases where return pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship it back and share the courier receipt.
- Shipping charges will be refunded if the fault is from our side.
9. Product Not Eligible for Return Due to Wrong Use
Spoory products damaged due to:
- Improper use
- Chemical misuse
- Force, impact, or mishandling
- Modifications or repairs
will not qualify for return or refund.
10. Future Category Returns
As Spoory expands into categories like:
- Electronics
- Gifting products
- Household cleaning supplies
- Lifestyle items
each product category may have specific return guidelines, which will be updated on the respective product pages.
